| Phase 2: Realize
In Phase Two, we align priorities with goals and change behaviors for maximum performance impact and improved interactions. Based upon our identified priorities we deliver a highly focused, customized training and communications campaign to realize the full potential of each and every physician/sales rep interaction. The campaign will include modules to better understand physician segmentation and profiling and specific ways to demonstrate patient advocacy, improve relevant interaction skills, and understand the office.
Goal To change sales rep behaviors to fill gaps identified in the Phase One research and improve sales performance.
