John Goodman to Speak at IQPC 8th Annual Call Center Week
John Goodman, Vice Chairman, TARP Worldwide, will be speaking at the 8th Annual Call Center Week conference hosted by the International Quality & Productivity Center (IQPC). The conference will be held on from June 25th to June 28th, 2007 at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He will be conducting a session entitled “Covering all the bases: Quantifying the ROI of your call center in a manner the CFO will accept.”
“There is substantial evidence that contact centers can drive profit,” says Goodman, “But there is still the perception that contact centers are a cost center. We aim to show otherwise.” Call centers can also be powerful marketing tools, reinforcing brand messages and driving word of mouth. And in the era of media saturation, personal recommendations mean even more.
