John Goodman to Speak at the 9th Annual CALL CENTER WEEK
John Goodman, Vice Chairman, TARP Worldwide, has accepted an invitation to speak at IQPC’s 9th Annual Call Center Week. The conference, which takes place June 23 – 27th at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, is one of the nation’s largest events that features sessions by practitioners for practitioners.
Goodman’s presentation, "Quantifying the Revenue and Word of Mouth Benefits of Better Service and Quality," parlays well into this years’ theme, "Leveraging Customer Experience as a Strategic Business Driver." And as consumers tighten their belts, service becomes even more important as a mitigating factor against economic downturn and a business-accelerating factor afterwards.
