Cindy Grimm to Speak at the 14th Annual Call Center Campus Summer Conference

Cindy Grimm, Vice President, Research, TARP Worldwide, will speak at the 14th Annual Call Center Campus summer conference at Purdue University Campus in West Lafayette, Indiana. Grimm’s presentation, entitled “Quantifying the Impact of Contact Center on Customer Retention,” will cover strategies that contact center professionals can use to asses the value of their contact center operations.

The conference will be held between July 9th and 12th, 2007. Participants have more than 19 contact-center related discussions from which to choose; conference discussions include topics such as call center creation, management, use of technologies, and customer feedback.
