Cindy Grimm to Speak at 2008 ICMI Call Center Demo and Conference
Cindy Grimm, Vice President of Client Development, TARP Worldwide, will present at the International Customer Management Institute’s (ICMI) Call Center Demo. The conference, which takes place February 13-15, 2008 in Miami, Florida, focuses on issues that face the industry, emerging trends and technologies, and networking.
“Call centers are meant to interact with customers. Customers determine the future of every organization. The call centers, then, with their daily receipt of robust and timely customer feedback, are perfectly positioned to be the center of organizational VOC strategy,” says Grimm. Grimm’s presentation will address the critical steps required to making the call center an effective and integral part of the organizational VOC strategy. TARP has done research with hundreds of organizations on VOC best practices.
