John Goodman to Speak at IQPC’s Customer Loyalty Summit.

John Goodman, Vice Chairman, TARP Worldwide, has accepted an invitation to speak at IQPC’s Customer Loyalty Summit. His discussion, “Engaging Your CFO: Quantifying the Bottom-Line Benefits of Loyalty and Customer Experience Improvement Initiatives,” will offer insight into speaking the language of Chief Marketing and Finance Officers to obtain buy-in and support for customer experience initiatives.

Goodman will describe TARP’s basic research on the impact of quality problems on loyalty and word of mouth. Then, using examples from financial services, direct mail, and health care, he will show how the analysis of damage to loyalty and word of mouth can be used to quantify the revenue implications of better service and quality in a conservative manner that finance and marketing executives will accept and understand.
