John Goodman to speak at the ASQ Service Quality Division’s Annual Conference John Goodman, Vice Chairman, TARP Worldwide, will present at the American Society of Quality’s Service Quality conference on October 1 and 2, 2007. Goodman will lead participants through a discussion of flexible solution spaces, a strategy based on the Voice of the Customer for making the service process flexible and adapting to the customers’ needs. By creating flexible solution spaces, organizations can empower contact center professionals to create specialized solutions for customers, while increasing first call resolution, loyalty, and brand strength. The conference, which takes place in San Diego, California, offers participants several different service-quality tracks from which to choose, from measurement of service quality to customer satisfaction. |
