John Goodman to speak at SharedInsights Customer Self-Service Conference

John Goodman, Vice Chairman, TARP Worldwide, has accepted an invitation to present at the SharedInsights Customer Self-Service Conference in La Jolla, California. The conference, which takes place August 21-23, is the only conference that is exclusively focused on customer self-service.

Goodman will lead a session entitled “Creating Customer Loyalty by Effectively Equipping Your Staff.” In this session, Goodman will discuss how the key to success for both self-service and the overall service system is ensuring that your staff can be flexible enough to respond to almost all situations, and that the customer is able to use all the channels effectively.
