John Goodman to speak at WCBF Six Sigma in Retail and Service Industries Conference

John Goodman, Vice Chairman, TARP Worldwide, will speak at WCBF’s Six Sigma in Retail and Service Industries Conference in Chicago, Illinois. Goodman will lead the keynote address as well as a workshop entitled “Building a Voice of the Customer (VOC) Process That Will Quantify the Revenue Impact of Projects to Drive Selection and Evaluation.” In this workshop, Goodman will discuss the cost and revenue implications of projects, present the eight factors necessary for an effective VOC, and present case studies.

The conference, which takes place between June 12 and 14, 2007, demonstrates how Six Sigma – which as traditionally remained in the realm of manufacturers – can benefit retail chains, especially given the multiplying factor of the combined power of multiple locations.
