John Goodman to Speak at WCBF Lean Six Sigma Summit

John Goodman, Vice Chairman, TARP Worldwide, will speak at WCBF’s Lean Six Sigma Summit in Chicago, Illinois. Goodman’s discussion, entitled “Setting Priorities and Quantifying the Revenue Payoff of Your Quality Initiatives to Get CFO/CMO Buy in,” will provide practical advice on estimating the impact of quality on the bottom line. It will also cover topics such as the impact of quality problems on loyalty, revenue, and word of mouth.

The summit, which takes place between April 24 and 27, 2007, will feature more than 45 case study presentations and topical break-out sessions in 16 dedicated tracks, as well as 13 practical workshops. The workshops vary according to business size, industry, and Lean Six Sigma level.
